EU taxonomy screening for REITs, asset managers and property developers.
Factor4 supports REITs, asset managers and property developers in keeping/making their real estate portfolio resilient and future proof. An important way of doing this is by conducting technical screenings in compliance with the criteria of the EU Taxonomy.
Given our extensive expertise in the built environment, we focus on specific eligible activities in Annex 1, Article 7 (construction and real estate) such as:

- 2 renovation, e.g. NACE code F41
- 7 acquisition and ownership of buildings, NACE code L68
By checking whether your activities are ‘aligned’ with technical criteria stipulated in the EU Taxonomy, we provide valuble input for your (future) CSR compliance reporting: SFDR, CSRD, SGCD, GRESB, and the EU taxonomy regulation itself of course.
