Quality management for building performance
The goal of this project is to develop and demonstrate pragmatic services and appropriate tools supporting quality management (QM) for building performance in the design, construction, commissioning and operation phase.
They will help to close the gap between predicted and actual energy performance in European buildings.
The tasks of Factor4 consist of
- Improvement of the Comfortmeter, an online survey tool that allows to measure the comfort satisfaction of building users.
- Execution of surveys in >100 buildings to improve the benchmark capabilities of Comfortmeter
- Dissemination of the project results.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No. 680529
