Developing innovative business and financing models for EPC projects
The guarantEE project fosters the use of Energy Performance Contracting in the public and private sector across Europe by especially developing innovative EPC solutions for rented facilities.
The goal is to make EPC more flexible to better serve private sector clients. The project supports EPC pilot projects with experienced facilitators in different EU countries.
The tasks of Factor4 consist of
- Organization of workshops and trainings on EPC
- Promotion of EPC services in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Development of dedicated contract clauses in EPC contracts
- Initiation and follow up of pilot projects
- Dissemination of the project results.
The guarantEE project is being funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme.

Performance contracting
We help public authorities and building managers set up EPC and ESCO projects.
EU taxonomy screening
We support REITs, asset managers and property developers in keeping/making their real estate portfolio resilient and future proof by conducting technical screenings in compliance with the criteria of the EU Taxonomy. Read more

We organize workshops and trainings for organizations or public authorities that want to start working with ESCOs, Energy Performance Contracting or re-commissioning. Read more
